Claims in practice / Reivindicações em prática

The Claims in practice course provides the intention of constant development and the goal of 2 editions per year. The two editions of the same year can be carried out without discontinuity. In this case, a 'game', a challenge in the mathematical sense, can be conducted and repeated along the course to guarantee the capacity to respond to eventualities, uncertainties and contingencies (possibility that something happens or not).

Those interested in participating in the course Claims in practice 2017 should devote time and resources to reviewing and describing their personal authority system. Each participant is responsible for its own negotiations, transactions and results. The motivation for course creation rests on the idea that carefully repaired errors, faults, or sins can be strong and valuable. The purpose of the course is to claim the strength and value added by these repairs. The course is being prepared and released since the beginning of 2017. One possible origin of the course is the global financial crisis of 2008 and its effects as a movement of creative destruction.

The aim of the course is to promote the broad dissemination of the concept of governance through activities of negotiation and production of information and culture. Each participant will make a careful review of his personal authority system, something like the experiences and results with which the participant gets involved and the changes that he / she is promoting.

On Jan. 26th. 2017, approaches to education in mobility and innovation in governance have been established as premises for the preparation of the course Claims in practice.

The two opening administrative modules

  1. Course start: introduction, initial activities, interactions, settings, moderators and locations
  2. Work strategy: search, identification andselection

Claims in practice 2017: The official course start was on March 6, 2017 and the end is expected in late May 2017. The course originated in a conversation about governance. A challenge on global governance was proposed by a Swedish investor. Participation in the development of proposals to address this challenge implies substantial development investments. The course aims to ensure that the investments made for a possible proposal presentation are adequately amortized and shared with an extended community.

The execution repetition of the operational core of the course

The operational core of the course may be repeated several times, depending on the time period set for the course, the change of objectives, contingencies, or other intentional or occasional events. The different executions will be indicated.

The two closing administrative modules

  1. Work strategy: review
  2. Final evaluation and eventual submission of proposals

2017: Knowledge base

A knowledge base was designed to facilitate access to the paths covered during the updating of this virtual infrastructure. In addition to the information available on the specific pages and information available on the activity pages, such as courses and research, the information in the knowledge base takes into account choices and decisions that are being made on the day or over a period of time. Events that interfere with the update routine will also be indicated.

The knowledge base can be used to identify points of study (study points). It can also be used for the design or structuring of support systems such as a governance system or personal authority, a points system or a syllabus.

Some exploration will be conducted at the course beginning on the unfolding of movements of creative destruction and their relationships with policy diversity.
