In these last 3 months, September, October and November 2023, I offer participants the suggestion that they identify the most significant structures, which help to regulate influence in different business scenarios.
Influential cities can be an example of a significant structure.
In Brazil, a publication on influential cities took into account the location of company headquarters, air and land transport offers, access to higher education, in addition to people's consumption behavior and administrative subordination at the federal level.
Globally, another study evaluated dozens of variables, subdivided into the categories: business, human capital, cultural experience, information exchange and political engagement.
Returning to Brazil, the cities of Fortaleza and São José dos Campos, both, are highlighted and present distinctive characteristics.
The Government of the State of Ceará is currently working to resolve a possible conflict in the city of Fortaleza between the second largest hub in the world for underwater optical systems and the largest seawater desalination plant in Brazil.
The city of São José dos Campos is currently witnessing a fierce dispute over hiring engineers for the aeronautical industry.
