This is a "lightning" educational program with a completion date of July 3rd. 2023. It aims to distinguish public policies with a great capacity to generate high-quality jobs for a future period of 10 to 15 years ahead (2033 - 2038). It may involve values. The scope of public policies should preferably be evaluated in terms of their ability to meet surrounding interests (environment, neighborhood, surroundings). For this edition of the educational program, sanitation is considered as a possible priority segment. Indication of certifications and specifications is welcome.
