According to a text published by the UOL Portal on April 5, 2025: A study conducted by DHL in partnership with the New York University Stern School of Business (DHL Global Connectedness Report 2024), [...] indicates that global merchandise trade is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 3.1% through 2029. The report highlights that countries such as India, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines are among those that will contribute most to this growth, reflecting the significant potential for trade growth in these regions. "With these two antagonistic forces, the trend is toward a more fragmented world, with more closed economic blocs and competition between economic and technological models."
